TRAVEL

Flying - Tignes is best served by Geneva and Lyon airports although there are flights to Chambery and Grenoble. Budget airlines such as Ryanair and Easyjet serve these airports although don't dismiss British Airways as they can do some very good deals.

Trains - With the Eurostar/Sleeper train option you can get 8 days skiing and Bourg St Maurice station is only 40 minutes from Tignes. The details of this journey are;
Eurostar from Waterloo to Paris on Saturday afternoon and then overnight couchette to Bourg St Maurice, arriving early Sunday morning. The return is Sunday night arriving in Waterloo on Monday morning.

Transfers - We are happy to arrange transfers from the station or the airports where possible. Please discuss your flight arrangements with us as early as possible so we can co-ordinate with other guests. The total return transfer prices for a minibus (up to 8 passengers) are; Geneva £390, Grenoble and Lyon £440 and Chambery £320. Please note these are special prices only for guests staying with Snowstar.

Driving - We have chosen Sunday changeover days as one of the benefits is quieter roads to make your journey a little easier. Both Chalets have off street private parking spaces for guests use. Please look at the maps below for more information on the location of the chalet.
